Pest control marketing

Pest control marketing that fills your schedule with recurring plans

A one-time wasp call pays for the trip. A quarterly plan pays for the business. We get you found for the searches that turn into plans, and we track which ones do.

SEO from $299 a month. Ads management from $400 a month. See pricing.

Your free proposal shows which pest companies win the searches in your towns, what a lead costs there, and what we'd fix first.

What's costing you calls

Each season catches you late.

Spring ants, summer wasps and fall rodents are different searches. We build each one 6 to 8 weeks before it peaks.

You're competing on discounts.

Discount ads bring customers who cancel. We lead with your reviews, response time and plan pricing to win customers who stay.

Three waves a year

Insects run from spring through summer. Rodents move indoors in fall. Each wave is a different search, so each gets its own pages and ads.

Solid months are the busiest. In the striped months we get you ready: February to March for spring insects, September for fall rodents.

  • February to March: ant, spider and wasp pages; LSA budget up for spring
  • September: rodent pages and campaigns before the first cold nights
  • November to January: reviews and plan renewals from the season's customers

What does a pest control lead cost?

Lead typeLocal Services Ads, per lead
General pest and routine inspections$20 to $50
Termite and wildlife$50 to $150
Typical US ranges, 2026, from published Local Services Ads data. Costs vary by market and season.

Google Search Ads cost more: about $91 per lead on average for pest control. That is why we usually start pest companies on Local Services Ads and use search ads for termite and commercial work.

The 5 pest control searches worth paying for

  1. 01"pest control near me": general pest, the lower-cost LSA lead
  2. 02"exterminator near me": the same buyer, a different word
  3. 03"termite inspection [your city]": a high-value lead and often a plan
  4. 04"mouse exterminator [your city]": the fall wave
  5. 05"quarterly pest control": someone already shopping for a plan

We put the most budget on the searches that turn into plans, and track which ones do.

Do Local Services Ads work for pest control companies?

For most pest companies, yes. Routine pest leads typically cost $20 to $50 through Local Services Ads, less than Google Search Ads at about $91. The ads show above the regular ads for searches like "pest control near me," carry the Google Verified badge, and charge per lead, not per click.

  • Your plan pricing and reviews on your LSA profile, so plan buyers pick you
  • Every lead checked weekly; invalid ones disputed
  • Budget raised for each wave and lowered after
  • Starter ads plan: $400 a month to manage up to $1,000 of LSA spend. You pay Google for the leads directly.
