4. Results and third-party platforms
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, budgets, customer demand, website performance, and changes to search engines or advertising platforms. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or a particular return on investment. Third-party platforms may change their rules, availability, or pricing without notice.
5. Payments and cancellations
Fees, billing schedules, payment terms, and cancellation rights are governed by the applicable client agreement. Unless that agreement states otherwise, approved work and committed third-party advertising or software costs remain payable.
6. Intellectual property
Each party retains ownership of materials it owned before an engagement. Upon full payment, client-specific final deliverables will be provided as described in the applicable agreement. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, processes, templates, know-how, and general improvements. We may identify the client as a customer or display approved work unless the applicable agreement says otherwise.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the website or services unlawfully, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, infringe another person’s rights, or submit malicious code or misleading information.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
